Madison County has dozens of available sites and buildings, including many that are shovel-ready. Madison County has five industrial parks:

 

  • The City of Oneida Business Park is a 38-acre shovel ready site, currently home to businesses such as All-Seasons Products, Inc. and Office Environmental Consultants, Inc.
  • The Canastota Business Park is a 150-acre business park located only 2 miles from Exit #34 on the New York State Thruway and a mere 25 miles from Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
  • Harbor Lights Business Park sits on the north and south sides of New York State Route 31 at Lakeport Road. At 318 acres, this park boasts 8 sites currently developed.
  • Hamilton Airpark offers 58 acres and a 5,200 foot municipal airport runway, currently home to businesses like Brink Manufacturing Co., Vantine Studios, Wendt University Inn, LLC. The Village of Hamilton offers electric rates of 4-5 cents per kwh.
  • The Curtin Business Park in the City of Oneida offers 420 acres of available land with frontage on the CSX Rail Line, immediate access to Rt 5, recent zone change to Industrial/ Manufacturing, and has engineering and cost estimates to bring water and sewer lines via the city’s municipal services.
  • The Trush Business Park in the Towns of Cazenovia and Nelson consists of 125 acres, municipal sewer, electric, gas, and water via wells. Current businesses include; Marquardt Switches, Dielectric Laboratories, GHD, and Tronser.
